TruePicks is operated by TrueTandem, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your TruePicks account and use of our sports analytics service (the "Service"). Please read our Privacy Policy for information about personal data.
1. What TruePicks provides
TruePicks is a sports analytics platform for informational and entertainment purposes. It combines sports information, mathematical calculations, your strategy settings, and AI-assisted processing to produce projected outcomes and explanations.
We do not accept or place wagers, hold betting funds, pay gambling winnings, or refer users to gambling services. A subscription pays for access to analytical features, not a financial outcome.
2. Accounts and permitted use
Accounts are for adults aged 18 or older residing in the United States who can enter a binding agreement. Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may use the Service for your personal, noncommercial purposes. Do not resell access, share account credentials, bypass usage limits, interfere with security or normal operation, unlawfully collect information about others, or redistribute our service or content commercially without permission. Nothing here restricts rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
3. Free and paid access
The Free plan provides limited access. We may change or discontinue free features; we do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular support response time, or that free features will remain available. Free accounts do not automatically become paid subscriptions.
The paid plan costs $30 USD per month, plus applicable taxes disclosed at checkout. The features and usage limits shown when you purchase form part of your plan. Payment buys those features, not unlimited usage, any minimum number of correct predictions, or guaranteed results.
Sports schedules and available information affect which analyses can be produced. Off-season periods, postponed games, and unavailable data may limit coverage. We will not advertise features or coverage that we cannot provide.
4. Payment and automatic renewal
Payment is collected in advance. Your account and purchase confirmation show your paid-through date and, when applicable, the next charge date. A monthly billing period follows the subscription dates shown in your account; it is not a fixed 30-day period.
When you affirmatively select automatic renewal at checkout, you authorize a charge of $30 USD, plus applicable disclosed taxes, each month until you cancel. A general agreement to these Terms alone is not authorization for recurring charges. Where a non-renewing purchase is offered and selected, access expires at the end of the purchased period without another automatic charge.
Keep your payment method current. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the authorized payment and will notify you of the failure. Paid access may end when the prepaid period expires if payment is not completed. We do not impose an undisclosed late or cancellation fee.
5. Cancellation
You can stop automatic renewal at any time using Cancel subscription in your account's billing area. Complete cancellation before the next charge date and time shown there to avoid that charge. Contact Sales@TrueTandem.com or call 703.889.6003 if you cannot access the cancellation control.
Cancellation stops future renewals and does not end access early: your paid features remain available until the paid-through date. Afterward, your account may continue on the Free plan. We will provide a cancellation confirmation.
Canceling renewal does not delete your account or automatically issue a refund. Account closure is a separate request; when you ask us to close your account, we will also stop future subscription renewals.
6. Refunds and billing problems
Except where applicable law requires otherwise or we expressly promise otherwise at purchase, we do not provide refunds or credits solely because you cancel, leave paid access unused, or disagree with an analysis. There is no routine prorated refund for voluntarily canceling an already-started access period.
This does not exclude remedies for duplicate or incorrect charges, unauthorized charges, or our failure to provide the paid service as agreed. Contact us with the relevant transaction details so we can investigate and provide any appropriate correction, refund, or other remedy. Your statutory payment-dispute and consumer rights remain unchanged.
If we end prepaid access for our own convenience before its expiry, rather than because of your breach, we will refund the unused portion of that period.
7. Changes to plans and prices
We may update our software, calculations, AI tools, and features. We will not apply a price increase or material reduction in purchased features retroactively to an already-paid period. Necessary legal or security changes do not remove your applicable remedies.
We will notify affected subscribers before material changes to a renewing plan take effect, explain cancellation options, and observe applicable notice periods. We will obtain your affirmative agreement before charging an increased subscription price. Without that agreement, we may let the existing paid period expire rather than renew at the higher price.
8. Your strategies and community content
You retain any rights you hold in your submitted content. You give us permission to store, process, and use it as needed to provide the features you request. Do not submit content you are not entitled to use or unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
Where community sharing is available, publishing a strategy authorizes its display and use by other users through those community features. Previously adopted copies may remain after you remove the original, subject to applicable privacy rights. Private strategies are not made public merely because you create them. We may remove unlawful, infringing, abusive, or otherwise prohibited content. Report concerns using the contact below.
Our software, branding, and other protected materials belong to us or the relevant rights holders. Generated analyses are not promised to be unique or eligible for copyright protection.
9. Estimates, availability, and limitations
All projections are estimates, not guarantees. A probability or confidence score is not a promise of a result or a verified historical success rate. Historical, simulated, or example results do not guarantee future performance. Data, calculations, and AI-assisted explanations may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.
Subject to our express paid-plan commitments and applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise error-free or uninterrupted operation, a particular level of accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose. Use your own judgment and do not treat an analysis as an instruction to gamble or make financial decisions.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence, or removes mandatory consumer remedies.
10. Suspension, updates, and contact
We may restrict or suspend access reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, security threats, unlawful conduct, or material violations of these Terms. Where practical and appropriate, we will explain the issue and allow it to be resolved. Refund and consumer-rights protections above continue to apply.
We may update these Terms and will provide notice of material changes before they apply, except where an earlier change is legally required or necessary to address an urgent security issue. We will obtain further agreement where required. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
